What NFL Team has the worst front office personnel?

I know we always talk about individual players being good or not, but what about the front office guys or owners, GM's, they are the ones who decide who to pick, hire, etc. So what team has the worst front office guys?

  1. Jets
  2. im gonna say the Bears they let go of thomas jones thinking cedric benson was the man they allowed rex grossman to play they let go of their only good reciever
  3. Detroit Lions
  4. da bears
  5. I think the Jacksonville Jaguars have bad scouts and are poor talent evaluators. The Raiders have problems too. Al Davis is a legend but I think he is losing it. If they take McFadden with what they have already in the RB position I think that would be a huge mistake.
  6. If they draft Sedrick Ellis, it will be the Ravens
  7. Detroit by far
  8. Detroit! Though Mendenhall should be there when they pick and give them the running back they are looking for, they will probably take a wide receiver.
  9. I have to laugh at the people here that said the Bears. Must be some youngins on here that are pretty clueless to th draft hitstory of the Jets and the Lions.
  10. oakland. and the pats of course. no controls, just a lot of videotape.
  11. The Raiders and the Lions are fighting tooth and nail for this position. Matt Millen constantly makes horrible decisions with the players, and Al Davis fires coaches as often as he changes his underwear.
  12. its a virtual tie Chicago Bears Detroit Lions
  13. Lions, Raiders, Rams.
  14. The Lions and the Raiders are by far the worst in the league, Al Davis made the once great Raiders into a place where players wouldn't even like to play if it isn't for the money, the draft prospects of 08 even resist on going to the Raiders at no.4 cause they fear on what will transpire in their career (which mostly be a negative) if they joined the Raiders (just look at Robert Gallery, he could have been a great tackle but became a total bust) The Lions because Matt Millen is the no.1 in taking draft busts. Even when the top talent is in front of him, he doesn't seem to bite it. Using common sense and intuition would make a better pick. He seems to always find the next Tom Brady (the draft's biggest steal) in the draft, but he doesn't seem to get it right. I hope the Lions fire him and hire an excutive that has the knowledge in the sport.
  15. Lions. Matt Millien needs to go.
