How do I add a player to a Major League roster in MLB Front Office Manager?

I have MLB Front Office Manager for Windows, and have obtained a player through a trade, and another through free agency. However, it keeps alerting me that these two players will be released if not placed on an Major League roster 10 days after their acquistion. I have cleared spots for these players but can't figure out how to move them to my roster.
