The full question is: What do you consider to be good customer service? Give a specific example of an occasion when you have provided exceptional customer service. I've had no experience by the way, as in this is my first job, what could I put, the only experience i have is working in a library for 3 years, ( my school library).

1. A good customer service representative should handle the problems of their customers/clients carefully. He/she works under pressure and the best way he/she can do is to focus on the needs of the clients. The most important thing is you satisfy your customer needs.
