What kind of educational background is needed to work in the front office of a baseball team?
I know the Rex Sox's Theo Epstein is real young, so I was just wondering what kind of education one needs to work in a baseball front office.

- law school since ur dealing with contracts and all that stuff but a buisness degree is also helpful
- Epstein's daddy has pull that's why. Obviously you don't have to be smart since they are giving out ridiculous contracts to guys who are not worth it. The truth is you have to know people, you have to be connected, you have to have been a player or born into that class of people or an owner would not let you run his team.
- A Masters in Law, and an MBA in Business are helpful. Then extensive apprenticeship, emersing yourself in an organization's minor league system.
- Law and Business are both correct.
